My experience with Ross and Co. has been nothing short of disappointing. After signing a contract on July 29th with a clear due diligence deadline of August 29th, the buyer failed to fulfill their obligations. Ross and Co. not only allowed this to happen but also seemed indifferent to the buyer’s breach of contract. The buyer canceled a critical boundary survey without any notice, a clear violation of the agreement. Then, a month after the due diligence period expired, they tried to back out of the deal entirely. Ross and Co.’s lack of action to protect my interests as the seller has cost me valuable time and money. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue and get the Earnest Money Deposit released, Ross and Co. has refused to make any corrections to the release form or acknowledge my rights under the contract. Their unresponsiveness and unwillingness to adhere to the agreed terms have left me questioning their professionalism. If you’re considering working with Ross and Co., I strongly advise you to make sure every clause in your contract is tightly monitored because they don’t seem too concerned about following up on their end.
